Handprint Mother’s Day Gifts {Kid Craft}

Handprint Mother's Day Kids Canvas - an adorable craft your kids can do in just a few easy steps!

Hi A Night Owl friends!!! It’s Stacey stopping by from Glued To My Crafts again. Now that we are past the hustle & bustle of Easter, it’s time to start thinking about Mother’s Day and Mother’s Day gifts! {Crazy how fast this year is going!}
When I sat down to think about creative ideas for Mother’s Day crafts, I really wanted to create something that could be treasured for years. Although I complain about the smeared handprints on the walls & windows – one day I will miss them. {I’m sure you can relate?} Our children are only little once and once those sticky handprints are wiped away – they are gone forever. This is why I make it a habit to make keepsakes that include my son’s handprints. It’s my way of freezing a moment so I can treasure it forever.
So without further ado – the craft I’m sharing today is a great way to capture the moment in time. With a few simple supplies, you too can make this easy “You Hold My Heart” canvas with your child {or children.} It makes for a great gift for the upcoming Mother’s Day holiday OR you can simply add it to your own home decor. Either way – I’m sure it will be well received!
