{Thrifty Thursday} Vintage Milk Glass Spring Vignette

Vintage Milk Glass Spring Vignette
Well like I did last week with my Easter Mantel, I’m going to again show you what I have done with my local Goodwill thrifty finds versus just showing you what I bought! Isn’t that more fun? I’m certainly having a little more fun with it!

This week I’m sharing with you my vintage milk glass collection I’ve acquired over the past few weeks (it took me a few trips to get all five pieces), and how I’ve displayed each piece with flowers in my kitchen. And just a shoutout to my husband who bought me these beautiful flowers! What a fun, Springy collection! And he didn’t even know that I had plans for them…

I love how these pieces came together. They’re each unique and beautiful in their own right, but put together with some flowers and I’m really loving the brightness they bring to the room. I’ve even been more incentivized to keep my island clean, isn’t that a bonus?

Have you come across any great thrift finds lately?

  1. Ooh love those pieces! I have a few of my own milk glass items that I’ve picked up thrifting! You’re completely right- they brighten up whatever space you have them in!

  2. they’re beautiful..sort of like bridesmaid dresses that are different but still pull together so nicely. Those flowers are gorgeous too, those colors!

  3. perfect spring color pops. i am super obsessed with milk glass and hobnail. we just put open shelving in the kitchen and i used that opportunity to make my kitchen a little lighter feeling with the white. yay.
