Tips on Finding Your Design Style
Hi friends! What’s YOUR design style? That is sometimes a hard question to verbalize. But when you’re looking at images – you just KNOW what you like, right? Well today we’re going to talk about finding your style and how Sauder can help you on your way to fully realizing that style and decorating your space!
Find Your Style
Start with what inspires you! Pinterest is your style playground, use it to help you define what you like. For instance, you can visit Sauder on Pinterest to browse their collection of furniture and room designs and see what resonates with you. Or make a collection of rooms and style you like to help inform your room design. Here are a couple of rooms I’ve been inspired by, from my blog friends:

With that inspiration, I was able to classify our style as Urban Classic.

Who knew that our classic, yet earthy and “found” collection of items actually fit in a category. Now to act on our findings.

Now that you’ve identified your style, maybe it’s time for some updates? It’s a sure way to make a house your home with a style that is all your own! But did you know that these updates do NOT have to break the bank?
