Personalize Your Space with BHG

Hi friends! We finally have some more updates on the new home front. A few weeks ago we shared a Guest Bedroom on a Budget that we outfitted with awesome BHG products at Walmart! Well THIS MONTH we’re sharing some updates to our living room and how you can Personalize Your Space with Better Homes and Gardens!

First up, we needed to add a few furniture pieces to the room since in our last home we didn’t have a formal living room. I was on the lookout for a simple sofa with clean lines and boy did I find a steal! We ordered the Better Homes and Gardens Oxford Square Sofa in Charcoal from Walmart and did Ship to Store for FREE shipping! That means when it was all said and done, we snagged this fab sofa for just $399! Then it was time to make the space OURS!

With BHG at Walmart it’s easy to personalize your living space. Accent tables, lighting, decorative accents, throw pillows and more can really change up the look and feel of your space. We added a classic Better Homes and Gardens Round Accent Table in Espresso and BHG Candlestick Lamp with pull chain and matching drum for a neutral start. These are pieces that you can use year-round and just update around.

For a breezy summer or spring look we layered the BHG Green and Blue Circles Decorative Pillow with a Green Greek Key Decorative Pillow. To complete the look, we added simple ceramic pitcher vase with bright green hydrangeas.

But if you’re in the mood – like me – to update for fall, then perhaps something warmer is calling your name! For this fall and winter look we added in a fringed throw blanket to keep you toasty warm on chilly fall evenings! Then we swapped out the bright blues and greens of summer for a BHG Rosette Ivory Decorative Pillow layered with a BHG Faux Hide Decorative Pillow.

The mix of textures and warm neutrals are perfect for this time of year. We also changed out the bright hydrangeas for a warm candle in a BHG Small Cream Ceramic Lantern to complete the cozy space.
